The smoking plant is designed for smoking of Wiener sausages, bacon, and similar meat, fish and poultry products with a temperature of 35 - 90°C.

Description
The plant consists of a stainless steel cabinet in which a forced air circulation ensures uniform drying and treatment of the products. Smoke is supplied either by a traditional smoke generator or liquid smoke. Temperature and relative humidity are controlled precisely throughout process. The cabinet is made of stainless-steel sheet, 1.5 mm thick, quality AISI 304. All joints are fully welded and consequently entirely steam-proof. Insulation is 80 mm cellular plastic every-where.
