The intensive-cooling plant is designed for cooling of Wiener sausages and similar meat products after smoking or cooking. This process minimizes the cooling loss.

The plant consists of a stainless steel cabinet in which a forced air circulation ensures uniform treatment of the products. Temperature is controlled precisely throughout process. The cabinet is made of stainless-steel sheet, 1.5 mm thick, quality AISI 304. Polished plates are used outside as well as inside. All joints are fully welded and consequently entirely steam-proof. Insulation is 80 mm cellular plastic every-where.
The door has three strong chromium-plated hinges and is kept closed by a door lock. The door easily opens by one single grip. A special silicone sealing profile ensures that the door keeps tight.
Control The plant is equipped with computer controls. The computer executes processes, such as automatic night operation, cooking and showering according to the customer’s wish.
Ventilation The forced air-circulation in the cabinet is produced by three powerful axial fans placed in the top of the cabinet.
Showering Spray nozzles are build-in the cabinet which cools the products until 50°C.
Cooling Stainless steel evaporator is used for the final cooling.
